Updates!

Our Website will be under construction for the next couple of weeks, but we wanted to keep everyone informed!

Kids Yoga and Self-Defense will begin September 5 and will continue until October 23.

Kids Yoga
Monday 4:30 pm (3-6 yr olds)
Wednesday 4:30 pm (7-11 yr olds)

Self-Defense
Tuesday 4:30 pm (5-8 yr olds)
Thursday 4:30 pm (9-12 yr olds)
